Dedicated in 1962 in honor of E.K.U.'s sixth president, Robert R. Martin, Martin Hall is an air-conditioned two-winged, four-story, residence hall community for 395 men. A common lobby connects the wings, and has a large meal-plan cafeteria. Two community baths are located on each floor. Martin Hall is restricted to upperclass students with good disciplinary status. Referred in documentation as Men's Dorm # 3. Martin Hall is currently is a Co-Educational Residence Hall housing all classifications and genders. This large "L" shaped building offers one all-male wing and one all-female wing that share a very large and happening lobby space. The Kappa Delta Tau service-based sorority resides on the 4th floor of the North wing.
